As both Practice Manager and Head of Human Resources, Diane skilfully blends strategic oversight with a personal touch, ensuring the firm runs smoothly and our team is supported, developed, and motivated.
With a comprehensive background in legal practice management and HR leadership, Diane is responsible for the day-to-day operational efficiency of the firm, alongside fostering a positive and progressive workplace culture. Her dual role means she is integral to both our business infrastructure and our most important asset, that is our people. From resource planning to professional development and employee wellbeing, Diane’s approach is always proactive, pragmatic, and deeply human.
