Based in our Crewe office, Diane is the cornerstone of operational excellence and people strategy at Step Legal Solicitors. Having joined the firm in January 2026 as Practice Manager and Head of Human Resources, Diane has already played a key role in strengthening the firm's operations, supporting its people, and driving continuous improvement across the business.
Her significant contribution during this time has led to her promotion to Director of Operations, where she looks forward to continuing to support the firm's growth and long-term success.
With a comprehensive background in legal practice management and HR leadership, Diane skilfully blends strategic oversight with a personal touch, ensuring the firm runs smoothly and that our team is supported, developed, and motivated. She is responsible for the day-to-day operational efficiency of the firm, alongside leading its people strategy, making her integral to both our business infrastructure and our most important asset – our people.
