Jennifer is an Associate solicitor and who is based in our Stoke office. She has been practicing in Personal Injury Law and Medical Negligence for over 15 years and has an extensive experience of public liability, employer’s liability and serious Road Traffic Accident claims. She has recovered significant compensation for many injured people for their physical and psychological injuries including losses such as earnings and care costs. Jennifer has expertise in all types of claims; including injuries caused at construction sites, in shops, public highways, factories and warehouses. She also acts for clients who have sustained serious life changing injuries through criminal acts and wish to pursue compensation through the Criminal injuries Compensation Authority (CICA).

Jennifer also specialises in representing people who have suffered from medical and dental negligence, and that has included claims against dentists, NHS hospitals and GP practices, as well as private institutions. Her experience in clinical negligence includes dealing with cases arising out of failure to refer, missed diagnosis, failure to diagnose cancer, and mistakes in treatment.

Jennifer takes pride in the relationships she builds with her clients and puts their emotional wellbeing at the forefront of her work, whilst working hard to recover settlements they deserve. She believes that early treatment and rehabilitation intervention is crucial for the long-term prognosis and works closely with defendants to put in place rehabilitation at the earliest opportunity. Jennifer’s recent successes include recovering over half a Million pounds for a lady who sustained injuries to her spine in a car accident and was unable return to work due to her symptoms. She has also recovered a six-figure compensation for a gentleman who had been injured at work due to faulty machinery.
