Macey Williams

Macey is a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant based in our Hanley office who supports the property team across a broad range of residential transactions. Since beginning her career in conveyancing after graduating from university, she has quickly developed a strong foundation in both the legal and practical aspects of property work.

She is involved in all stages of the conveyancing process, including helping the team with preparing contracts, assisting with exchanges, raising and responding to enquiries and reviewing key legal documents. Her experience covers both freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the complexities that can arise in different types of transactions.

Known for her approachable and professional manner, Macey places great importance on clear and consistent communication. She works closely with clients, estate agents and other third parties to help ensure matters progress efficiently and expectations are managed throughout the process.

Macey is highly organised, with a strong attention to detail, allowing her to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and precision in all areas of her role. She is committed to providing a responsive and reliable service, helping to make the conveyancing process as smooth and straightforward as possible for clients.

She holds a Law degree and is currently working towards qualifying as a Licensed Conveyancer, reflecting her commitment to developing her expertise and progressing her career within the profession.
