Adam has a broad experience in helping clients, having previously worked in both legal and commercial environments which gives him a unique and invaluable edge in our team. He plays a vital role in the Conveyancing transactions by providing administrative and practical support to the team during the legal process of buying or selling residential property.
His role involves liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors and managing a range of administrative tasks. These tasks can include drafting contracts, conducting property searches, preparing mortgage documentation and organising the payment of stamp duties and taxes.
He manages the progression of sales and purchase files from the start through to completion alongside Victoria. This includes dealing with pre-contract inquiries, exchanging contracts and finalising the legal completion of residential property sales or purchases.
He is highly praised by clients and solicitors alike for his excellent communication skills, meticulous attention for detail and ability to work to strict deadlines. He enjoys an excellent reputation for client care and has tremendous feedback from clients.
