Lisa Faulkner

Lisa is a legal assistant who has been working in professional services for more than 12
years.

She provides support to the lawyers in our personal injury and Clinical Negligence teams.
She deals specifically high value Medical negligence cases and has responsibility for
pagination of the medical records. She takes initial enquiries and setting up files for the
teams and works closely with the Head of Clinical Negligence.

She is responsible for uploading information to our case management system to ensure the
claims we handle are dealt with efficiently as possible and that clients are kept up to date
with progress. She has excellent IT skills with an ability to assist on the IT systems and
processes to ensure there smooth running.

She also deals with requests to access medical records from the Hospitals, and police
accident reports and with correspondence to and from experts instructed to provide us with
specialist advice on the severity of a client’s injuries and their likely long-term prognosis.
In addition, Lisa provides general secretarial and administrative support services to our
serious injury lawyers, Abid Hussain and Anna Rushton, working out of our offices in Crewe.
