Rachel is our Conveyancing Manager based in our Stoke office. She has substantial experience of Conveyancing Law having worked in law firms for over 30 years.

 

She plays a crucial role in the Conveyancing process, overseeing and leading all aspects of the conveyancing department. She manages the process of legally transferring property from one owner to another, ensuring that this process is efficient as possible.

 

She is also responsible for managing a team of junior assistant conveyancers, ensuring they are working effectively and meeting the firm's standards. This often involves providing training, guidance, and support to junior members of the team.

 

Rachel is often the main point of contact for clients, managing client relationships, providing updates on case progress, and handle any queries or concerns clients may have.

 

Rachel has a high level of legal expertise, excellent leadership skills, and an ability to manage the smooth running of a busy and demanding department. She is instrumental in ensuring the successful completion of property transactions, providing an essential service to clients and contributing to the success of the team.
