Simon’s expertise spans the full spectrum of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, transfers of equity, new builds, shared ownership schemes, right to buy, and remortgages. He has comprehensive understanding of conveyancing procedures and legal documentation.
Before joining Step Legal, Simon spent nearly ten years leading the Title Report team at his previous firm. In this senior role, he oversaw the accuracy and compliance of title documentation, streamlined operational workflows, and mentored junior staff and ensuring consistent quality across all conveyancing matters.
