Military Injury Claim Time Limits
In most cases, military injury claims must be started within three years of the injury occurring or from the date you became aware that your illness or condition was linked to negligence.
For claims made through the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme (AFCS), the usual time limit is seven years from the date of the injury.
