This is a question that we have asked ourselves many times since launching our residential property department in April 2020. 

Clients tell us that it is our excellent service standards, competitively priced fees, in-depth market knowledge, and ability to get deals done no matter what is thrown at us. 

However, we were interested to hear the thoughts of the latest recruit to our rapidly expanding team, Olivia Hargreaves, and to find out what it was about us, as a firm, which made her want to join.

By way of background, Olivia is an experienced solicitor who has spent the best part of the last decade working in residential conveyancing and who deals with both freehold and leasehold transactions, together with remortgages, equity release schemes, property disposals and transfers arising from separation, divorce and death, and the acquisition of buy-to-lets, holiday homes and investment property at auction. 

Here is what Olivia had to say:

So what are our plans for the future? 

Given that demand for our conveyancing services continues to grow at an exceptional rate, our plan for the next 12 to 18 months is to keep on working hard to meet and exceed our clients expectations, and to recruit further team members to cope with the increasing number of instructions we are receiving.
