Diane brings over two decades of experience from working with Management team at one of the largest law firms in the region. Her extensive background includes senior management roles in human resources, executive administration, compliance, and operational support. This unique blend of skills provides her with a deep understanding of law firm dynamics and the drivers of success.
In her dual role, Diane will be instrumental in shaping the operational strategy of Step Legal Solicitors. She will oversee all human resources functions, professional development, and fostering a supportive and high-performing culture.
